NaturesPeakThreads is a US-registered business operating through a print-on-demand fulfillment network with production partners located in the United States. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
Orders for customers in the United States are produced and fulfilled by our US-based print partners.
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Delivery times vary based on your location:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
naturespeakthreads is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact your local courier service.
